Charlotte Forten & This Dream I Am Born With

Dear C/You have come to me/To become the reverend/of what I have thought entirely/For the society within me/Where I have been you all along/But you never me/Except as the spirit I call upon/I cannot see or hear,/yet I am/Every new thought, what I have always known/You made of me centuries ago/And this dream I am born with/Fills the lines running through all/Our lower levels with the unfinished/Then or now/Yet here we are/Yet hear we in arms

I'm a Gluten-Free Shopper Who Gets My Essentials at Trader Joe's.

My local Trader Joe's is a reliable source for affordable, gluten-free items. The blue-corn tortilla chips and wild Alaskan sockeye salmon are essentials for my husband and me.

I use cauliflower gnocchi to make a variety of gluten-free meals. To achieve the perfect crispiness, I like to sauté Trader Joe's cauliflower gnocchi on the stove with the lid on, then finish cooking it without the lid. I serve the gnocchi with Brussels sprouts and a homemade dressing, and garnish the dish with shaved Pecorino Romano.

Trader Joe's gluten-free cauliflower pizza crusts pair well with a variety of toppings. Trader Joe's cauliflower pizza crusts are relatively small, so I love that

Businesses operating across multiple countries know they need to account for changes in timezone, but this study explores how the rhythms of the sun affect the international workday and why they should influence modern business models.

Poems by Niko Nelson

if baby made baby what could make me have fallen too many times to insanity or good place to visit but strange for a child knows it’s growing and living full-time in the land still writing back who could read in conditions like this is not writing enough for the dirt to develop

unafraid hair knots in hand happen all the time because you too not know my kind

there is no end at this all the aesthetics unaware these are the facts I’m sorry

everyone has to make it though you do not have to make

to exit a childhood of piers

I have heroin death fantasies in the bathtub

while the moon’s yelling

lapis allures and makes me itch

as I recall my dad

saying following the moon won’t take you nowhere
